Very Condescending
Dr. Feitl was the floor doctor at Akron City Summa where my dad is currently a patient. We have had excellent care up until Dr. Feitl. He is very condescending and said he didn't understand why we needed to know why my dad was transferred from icu to this floor because it was a good thing, it meant progress. He actually laughed at our questions. He is incredibly unprofessional. My dad has been in the hospital for 21 days and was transferred to this floor on day 19 without any communication as to why he was being moved. I am not blaming Dr. Feitl for the lack of communication but wanted to know why and the process that brought dad here. I did not expect him laughing and avoiding the questions. I have never experienced someone with such a lack of compassion in this industry.
