Dr. Julio Novoa, MD

Dr. Novoa delivered 2 of my babies 1 was high risk and they made sure I was well taken care off, i really liked this dr, wished I could've had him deliver my last baby unfortunately I had moved away from El Paso, but he's a very good Dr.

Staff is rude and hangs up. Cancelled appointment on day of appointment and offered no explanation. Avoid!

Dr. Novoa delivered all four of my children and I can honestly say I couldn’t have chosen a better doctor. I think he is a great doctor!

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PERSON NO STARS OR NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!!! I WAS A YOUNG NEW MOM WHEN I FRIST WAS RECOMMENDED TO SEE HIM BY THE TEEN CENTER. I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW HE PASSED ANY EXAMS TO BECOME A SO CALLED DOCTOR. HE CLAIMED I HAD A C SECTION TO MEDICAID SO HE COULD MAKE MORE MONEY OFF MY BABY AND MYSELF SENT ME HOME WAY BEFORE I SHOULD HAVE AND I WAS ADMITTED THE VERY NEXT DAY FOR HEMORRHAGING. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO MY WORST ENEMY. I STILL HAVE TRAMA FROM THOSE EVENTS DURING MY BIRTH AND COULDN'T HOLD MY SON FOR 6 MONTHS AFTER HIS BIRTH. I PRAY FOR ALL HIS PATIENTS. SO DONT GO OFF THESE FAKE REVIEWS BECAUSE IT IS PROBABLY HIS STAFF WRITING THEM.

Dr. Novoa is an awesome doctor. He takes time from his day to share a lot of medical info on face book and videos. Info that many other doctors keep from there patients. He is professional and has a lot of experience! One of a kind !

Dr. Novoa was my Dr. since i found out i was first pregnant! I still remember like if it was yesterday! I just like the way he takes his time with each and everyone of his patients! My son is now 14! ?? Thanks Dr. Novoa!!

I came to Dr Novoa 2 years ago after being treated horribly by a doctor who VA (veteran affairs) assigned me. I was told by my old doctor that because I had previously had 2 csections, that the hospital wouldn’t even allow me to try for a VBAC. After speaking with a friend and nurse at WBAMC, she informed me to contact Dr Novoa. I delivered via VBAC without any issues. Now that I am pregnant again, I contact VA immediately and told them I didn’t want anyone else.

This was the worst service I have ever experienced at a doctor's office. The wait times are long, the receptionists are difficult to get a hold of, and no one ever calls you back. All I needed was birth control and I couldn't get the help I needed. I eventually decided enough was enough and left to another doctor.

I absolutely love this office. Front desk is always friendly, Vanessa is fantastic, and Dr. Novoa couldn't be more caring. They can generally get you well informed on each stage of your pregnancy.

Yuck what a terrible dr, he could care less about you or your baby. He spends as little time as he can with you. His office staff are rude, he cancels appointments often, I would NOT recommend him.

I had juvederm placed in my lips by Dr Novoa and not only did my lips look like a stage curtain opening (he called it a cupids bow), he never massaged the injection sites at ALL and told me to suck on a popsicle to help it. In the end, I had to massage my lips myself to break up the pockets he created and now, I have hard nodules in my lips. This is over a YEAR later by the way. I NEVER had this happen before. I won't even go into the fact that he literally spends only 5mins with you.

I had my son the beginning of 2016 and it was a horrible experience. He rushes appointments and doesn't really seem to care. I was at a weekly visit when he told me I was 4 cm dilated and to go to the hospital. Right when they told me I was ready to push Novoa realized my baby was breached and I had to have an emergency C-section. Now, 8 months later, I have tissue built up and my scar looks like a disaster. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO HIM! I regret not switching when I was still early in my pregnancy.
