This man had no business practicing medicine. I nearly died under his care due to his incompetence. He was like a bad mechanic who purposely doesn't diagnose the problem correctly so you have to come back to him for additional diagnosis. The only good thing I can say about him is that he finally retired and is no longer practicing.
