Dr. Duarte took care of me during a major surgery and he was a fantastic anesthesiologist. He was very knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable and I woke up. I was also comfortable and I did not have any vomiting. I highly recommend him.

Superb anesthesiologist
Dr. Duarte took care of me during a major surgery. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, and was calm and patient. He really provided an excellent environment for me when I woke up from my surgery. I did not have any nausea or vomiting and did very well, he is a professional .

Dr Duarte was my husband's anesthesiologist in his recent surgery at MemorialCare Saddleback. We can just talk about his care and his anesthesiologist in superlatives! He is an excellent, caring and outmost professional anesthesiologist. We appreciate his expertise and MemorialCare Saddleback's care! The best!

Absolutely horrible.after putting a tube in my mother during surgery she now can't eat or swallow. It has been over a 100 days.

Dr. Duarte is an incredible anesthesia provider.
Dr. Duarte provides anesthesia to his patients with such care and detail to ensuring their safety while under his care. I have requested Dr. Duarte many times when I have a need for anesthesia. He has a great bedside manner and I know that when I am under his care that I am his total focus for safe and effective anesthesia care. I cannot recommend him enough for providing anesthesia and will always request him for my care. His knowledge and attention to you as his patient is definitely one of the best in his specialty.

Excellent care!
Dr Duarte was my anesthesiologist when I had my colonoscopy. He provided superb patient care and explained the plan of care thoroughly. His excellent bedside manner helped to calm my nerves prior to my procedure. I would definitely request for him again for any anesthesia needs.
