Very knowledgeable doctor. Takes time to explain the condition and makes the patient feel comfortable. Recommendations for further tests if required for proper diagnosis. We had an excellent service at this center.

My visit was the worst doctor visit I have ever had in my life. She was extremely rude from the second she walked in the door and discriminated against me based on my weight. She told me I needed bariatric surgery within 5 minutes of the visit and suggested I was lying when I tried explaining things I have tried, as well as my history. If you are overweight and seeking a specialist to figure out thyroid, metabolism, hormones, etc., do not see her. Since my horrible demeaning experience with Dr Sandifer, I have switched my primary and have found that I nodules on my thyroid which had to be biopsied, my cortisol and hormones were way off, and I have inflammation markers that require me to see a rheumatologist. All of which Dr Sandifer blew off because she judged me based on looks instead of doing her job, listening and finding out what was wrong with me. They also have my history wrong which proves how much she listens . I do not recommend seeing Dr Sandifer if you are overweight.

Dr. Sandifer took the time to answer all of my questions. She did a very complete examination. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I would recommend her.
