After my husband passed away, also a patient, she went out of her way to spend time with me during the initial greiving process. She really cares about her patients

I would like to share with anyone who may read the reviews in reference to Dr. Julie Wu. I have been seeing this "amazing" Doctor since 2014. I have fired 4 other Primary Physicians (all Internal Medicine Specialists Doctors / Primary Care Physicians) here in Las Vegas. I need Dr.'s that truly care about me "as a person"!! (not as just another patient) There are Doctor's who actually do care about their patients and sincerely discuss with you about your medical issues. Dr. Julie is that type of Dr. and so very much more! Her knowledge about Internal Medicine and medical issues as well is truly amazing and I feel so "Blessed" to have Dr. Julie as my Primary Care Physician. Her staff of "Nurses" as well as everyone in her office are 2nd to none!. They are friendly, knowledgeable and in my opinion, they are very professional and kind people. As for Dr. Julie, well she is just incredible! Oh, did I mention that Dr. Julie also speaks 4 to 5 different languages?

I have been waiting a week now to get medication called in I am high risk for a stroke. I would call the office but when I do I rarely get a call back. When I see the doctor, she seems good.

Very caring doctor and easy to talk to. She spends a good amount of time with you discussing your concerns. I highly recommend this doctor.

Dr is ok but her staff is atrocious! They are unprofessional and catty, they have no sense of urgency when there is a matter of pre-auth to attend to so the patient can recieve the meds prescribed by the dr. They do not even address you when you walk in the office and sign in. They don't make eye contact or acknowledge your existance. A doctor is only as good as her office runs, and her office is run by a bunch of unprofessional.lazy and arrogant shrews! Don't go here, you will regret it!

She's efficient and caring. Excellent diagnostician. Staff is friendly. Atmosphere of the clinic is quiet and calm. Responsive to refills. I never wait more than a few minutes in the reception area or the exam room. She seems very patient with seniors and aware of their conditions and special needs, and financial constraints. She's firm with us older more stubborn men reluctant to go for extra tests or going to the hospital. If not I would have succumbed to heat failure! Thanks Dr. Wu !

Great doctor. One of the best i have ever had. Short wait times. Med called in when I need them. Great staff

I went in two months ago just to get refills on my prescriptions. She still hasn't seen them in and I've been out of meds for a month now. I've called several times and they have said they'd send the prescriptions but still haven't. They also do not draw blood and make you go somewhere else to get that done.
