Dr Winston did a perotidectomy 10 years ago. I am still so grateful for her taking her time not to sever any nerves in my face. She had to go excruciatingly slow as my nerves ran under my perotid gland and not through it unlike any other individual she or her colleagues have ever seen. She was right there when I woke up too! You cannot even notice the scar from the necessary cut. I've thanks her so many times over the years unbeknownst to her. I ran across this site and had to write. I hope she sees it and to know I am doing very well with absolutely no issues! Thank you again Dr Winston ??

Tinnitus Potential Hearing Loss
I was referred to Dr. Winston to find out the potential cause for my tinnitus. The person who answers the calls (Robin?) is not professional. She informed me that Dr. Winston does not treat tinnitus; however, what I need to know is what is causing my issues. My primary care sent me back to talk to them again. Robin was not remotely compassionate - argued with me - told me it's not their job to see me - told me that my primary care office doesn't know what they are doing. I'm just a patient looking for help....this is definitely not customer service. Regardless of what they treat, patients are human beings deserving of basic dignity. My recommendation is to avoid this office - if this is the way they treat people who need help, then then are the very opposite of what a medical practice is supposed to be!

Great Doctor
I have had two visits with her and found her to be very knowledgeable, professional and kind. She took the time to explain the upcoming surgery that I needed and called me three times to calm my anxiety regarding my surgery. I would highly recommend her for anyone needing an ENT.

Doctor Winston was very coy about answering any questions about my perforated eardrum or even talking about my ear/hearing condition (which was caused by Express Care (same parent company) during earwax removal with high pressure into ear canal) which has resulted in 10-db hearing lose in my left ear and constant tinitus (which she described as being equal to my right ear) I see she has consistently attempted to cover for other physicians malpractice.

Dr. Winston has handled several rather serious surgeries of mine and I couldn't be happier with her work! She is much like the Israeli cactus known as the Sabra. It is all pointed and prickly on the outside but fragrant and sweet on the inside. If you're looking for a Doc to yuck it up with, she's not for you. She's all business and very busy but I always felt very well cared for.

Read the google reviews Dr. Winston is one of the most rude doctors ever. I don’t recommend anyone to see her. She was rude any time I asked a question made me feel uncomfortable the doctors visit.

My experience with Dr. Winston was excellent. She has great bedside manners. Before she did the examine, she explained what she was going to do and how it would make me feel. She's very reassuring and caring. She's a really nice doctor, very professional and knowledgeable. I'm a new patient. I was seen very promptly. The whole staff is friendly and professional. I would recommend my family and friends to Dr. Winston if the need ever arises.
