She was very good, explained everything very well through out the entire appointment. Wouldn't mind seeing her again.

She is compassionate and warm. My teenage son feels very safe with her. She meets him at his level and explains medical terminology and his diagnosis in just the right way. Thank you!

Dr. Sommerfield-Ronek was extremely helpful. She was patient and answered every question I had. She did not make me feel as if I was being extreme. She wanted to make sure that as a mother, I was at ease and had every question I had answered. I truly do appreciate her patience and compassion.

I felt like Dr. Sommerfield-Ronek thoroughly reviewed my child's history and took the time to explain his condition in a way that was comprehensible. I felt like she cared about my child.

Dr. Sommerfield treated my cardiac daughter while in-patient for numerous stays when she was in Iowa. She was excellent. Simply excellent. A good listener, patient, and contemplative. I always felt very comfortable when I knew Dr. Sommerfield was the attending.

Rude unprofessional staff. They nurse we had was Alicia I believe she was rude and condescending. We recently moved and apparently they sent us papers to fill out and we did not get them She was irritated my husband didn't have these with him and filled out. She first said it was a 3 hour appointment then shortly after said it could take up to 6 hours. When he explained he could not be here that long due to having to get our other kids off the bus she tells him it was in the paperwork they sent and she didn't know what to tell him and walked out of the room. Did not offer to reschedule was not understand we will reschedule with the Grand Rapids office and will not go back here.
