Dr. Julie Sofer, DO

After waiting 3 months to see Dr Sofer I felt I deserved more than a cursory exam. And before taking photos, how about she first looks at the issue to see if she's even able to help? I allowed multiple photos by a very insensitive assistant just to be told I would need to see a different surgeon. It would also be nice to talk face to face with her patients, rather than sitting at the laptop with her back facing them. When a doctor's office doesn't have a way to view films, it is not the right place for a person looking for reconstruction. I might have been informed of this at the time I made the appointment. Waste of time and money!

Excellent professional demeanor, very compassionate about her patients, and a woman of her word. She over did herself my results are immaculate I highly recommend her as the best plastic surgeon ever!!!!!

I had a breast reduction. Her staff made everything comfortable and easy. She was very knowledgeable and I am very happy with the outcomes. Bedside manner was appropriate. Appointments were timely.

Dr Sofer is not only a great surgeon, she is very compassionate to her patients. She doesn’t hurry u thru ur questions and treats a patient with respect. When I came to her, I had reconstruction 4 years ago by another physician, it got infected and had to be removed and it left my chest looking horrible. Dr Sofer gave me hope that I was gonna be able to look in the mirror again without being upset or crying. I did have reconstruction again and it turned out AMAZING! Thank you Dr Sofer

Dr. Sofer and her staff are extremely professional and caring group. I would highly recommend her to anyone. It has been a pleasure to be a patient of hers! The spa is such a nice add on to the practice.

Going to this doctor was the WORSE decision i could have EVER made. I went from looking 10 months pregnant to looking 8 months pregnant after my surgery. Her receptionist stephanie was incompetent of her duties and was very unprofessional. She took $4000.00 from me then said i cant get my surgery until i paid more money and said i couldn't get my money back. They would hold it until i came up with the rest. Then after making a big fuss they gave me another bill showing i over paid them by $1,100

Dr. Sofer spent a great deal of time with me. Her ability to listen and her sincere concern speaks volume. Her care after surgery was great. I feel I had excellent and state of the art care with the technology and approach she uses, and I was able to avoid complications.

Dr. Sofer has a new office that I was very impressed by. The staff was professional and Dr. Sofer was very easy to work with. She uses the most advanced technology. I would trust and recommend her to anyone.

I had a very terrible experience with this office. I was calling to refer a patient and the office staff was reluctant to inform me of what type of chemical peels they offer. I was looking for a certain brand of peels in order to assure continuity of care for this patient. However, the woman on the phone kept repeating "when she comes in the doctor will decide what is best." Which is great, but it would be nice to know if Dr. Sofer offers what the patient is looking for.
