Asked appropriate questions and listened to my needs

I was very displeased with the staff in the office, specifically Dr. Munson-Jackson assistant Tonya. My appointment was for 8:30. I was 20 minutes late due to back up on interstate. When I first got there the receptionist acted like something was wrong. When I asked, she stated that I was 20 minutes late. When she asked Tonya about this, she stated to reschedule. I asked to speak to Tonya since I needed medication refill. Anyway, I said you have no idea what I had been through to get there. It usually takes around 40 minutes to get there, and I left an hour before appt. It was a situation that was out of my control. Her comment to me was 'I drive it every day. 'The funny thing is that I worked at memorial hospital for over 25 years, and I was never rude to a patient, or uncaring as the treatment I received at that office. I will never go back. Because of this, I will no longer use CHI Memorial for anything else. The rudeness of Tonya should be addressed.

Finally a nurse and doctor that actually wants to present and treat me as a person instead annoyance
