Capable, personable
My most recent visit was my second annual in-person checkup. Dr. Marcus covered all the bases for my several diagnoses, providing reassurance and balance against a degree of anxiety. I feel about some matters. Reviewing my blood work, we created a specific detailed game plan and timeframe for evaluating my progress. She pulled out an algorithm, explaining my exact risk of a cardiovascular event based on all of these individual factors - increasing the confidence I feel about her knowledge base - data-driven. Her personal style is down to earth and warm and relaxed. When I have needed clarification via telephone, it has been easy to reach her, and she has been generous with her time, never communicating in that brisk, clipped 'My time is valuable & I need to get off the phone' style that I'm sure many of us have experienced with some physicians. Excellent doctor!!

Highly recommend
Dr Marcus listens. She didn’t rush me or make me feel as though my concerns were silly. She asked questions and thoughtfully waited for my reply. The exam was thorough and her explanations were understandable. No fancy Dr talk. I am happy that I was referred to her.
