I arrived on time at 10:00, eyes dilated at 10:15., waited in the waiting room, which was freezing cold, from 10:15-12:00. After waiting 2 hours, I asked the office person if they had forgotten me. They told me I was next. Finally at 12:30, 2 and a half hours after arriving, I figured the office staff had left for lunch and returned and the physician was at lunch. Unbelievable and unacceptable. At 12:40, I informed the office person that I had things to do and left. Outrageous!!!

Great experience
Very friendly professional office staff. Aissa was wonderful. She completed all my test in a kind and gentle way. Dr King explained everything so I could understand. She answered all my questions. She was quick but I didn’t feel rushed. Would highly recommend Dr King and her staff.

Didn’t listen, poor bedside manner
Dr. King is clearly very knowledgeable about her field, but she did not make a good first impression. After we waited for over 2 hours past the appointment time, Dr. King rushed through my wife’s appointment, didn’t listen to my wife’s concerns, and spent most of the (very short) appointment talking to her assistant and scrolling through her phone. My wife has complex health needs that affect her eye health, but Dr. King did not spend time trying to understand her needs or address her concerns. The office staff was also very disorganized and difficult to communicate with, and many of them didn’t seem to know what they were supposed to be doing or communicating updates to each other throughout the appointment.
