I have seen Dr. Heller 3 times for a procedure I have had many times before, although she is not very personable I have found her very competent. Not only has she fixed the current problem she also has come up with a way to control help control it in the future.

She’s clearly overbooked, has no concern for getting her patients better in a timely manner, and repeatedly asks me what I think it is. I don’t know, Sherlock, I’m not the one with the alleged medical degree.

She asked me what should she do... Isn't she the one who went to medical school? Why should I tell her how to do her job?!?

She is matter of fact and seems to know what she is doing. Not very personable. Gets the job done and then gets gone.
