Don’t go here
I don’t care if your insurance says you have to go here don’t. Do not take your children here unless you want them to suffer. Terrible pain management. Terrible wait times. Son was in pain as soon as we left. Got to the pharmacy and gave him pain medicine but it was too late. He was in extreme pain. So bad started hyperventilating and had to take him to the emergency room. He was shaking so bad he couldn’t even walk. Simple wisdom tooth procedure. DO NOT GO HERE

I was supposed to be out Was awake the whole time!
. Well, first thing that went wrong was they couldn't get an IV started! So she dug around in my arm until I almost jumped out of the chair before she finally hit the vein. Then she just started giving me shots in my mouth!! If they put u to sleep, they don't have to give u those shots in the mouth. Well, they never gave me enough sedation meds but started cutting on me anyhow! I started screaming and told her that she was hurting me, I was supposed to be asleep. She says, she's putting more meds in your IV. Then started again! I was awake the whole time and she didn't seem to care that it was hurting me really bad because I told her once again, you're hurting me! Again she said, she's putting more meds in now! Well, the meds must have never made it to my IV because I was awake through this whole horrible experience. So the Dr or the nurse one needs to learn how to put their patients under properly. Then after this torture, they wouldn't give me any pain meds because I go to a Sub cli

Went to get 5 teeth extracted. Was feeling pretty nervous due to all of the negative reviews I had seen, but it went fine. Didn't feel a thing. Only complaint I do have was that the front entrance didn't have a ramp, and as someone in a wheelchair, it was a bit difficult to get in(staff were super friendly and helpful getting me inside though.)There was a ramp in the back entrance, but that leads to the work/operation areas, and I'm not sure how viable that would be for everyone. All in all, 4.5 stars out of 5. Lovely woman, office is nice and clean, and the addition of therapy animals definitely will help those with severe anxiety or young children.

Tooth extracted appointment
The office is clean & the staff are exceptional. Ms Gaskil extracted wisdom teeth from me over 20 yrs ago. Shes still great! Shes very professional, knowledgeable beyound her career, does an Excellent job & cares about her patients. Not to mention her work is time efficient! I would refer her Practice to anyone who is experiencing ANY ortho issues. Her prices are very reasonable with or without insurance! Thank You Ms Julie Gaskil & your staff for taking me on as a patient & making me feel comfortable & safe throughout the procedure.

Charged for nothing
Called and made the appointment and told them which insurance I had. They said okay. Wait 3 months for the appointment. Get there and called to the back room. Was told that they no longer except my insurance. I said okay I will find someone else that does and left. A whole 7 months later I get a bill from them for $192.00. Yeah, okay. $120 for comp oral eval when I never even saw the doctor and was there less then 10 minutes. Another $72 for a panoramic x-ray they never took. So they wait 7 months to send me a bill for being in there office for less then 15 minutes. Nice.

Omg. As far as Julie..I did think she was great. Very nice and brought a positive energy to the room. HOWEVER, I have to say, they did not make me feel 100% confident that the surgery would be a success and I would survive surgery. To say I was scared would be an understatement. I was legit panicking to the max. No one made me feel safe or assured me the procedure would be fine. I felt unsafe from the minute I walked in. The looks of this place made me feel like I was in a horror movie. It was so unsanitary. The walls, the floors, everything was gross. This place was definitely not sanitary especially for surgery. If had to do it over, I would’ve took my chances of dying with pain from my wisdom teeth than to go to that sketchy office with people who obviously doesn’t care about what happens to you. I will NEVER be back.

She's amazing
I just left her office and I must say I she has the best bedside manner of any surgeon/dentist I've met. She was very kind, talked with me at length, and all of her staff were kind as well. I highly recommend going to see her! She knows what she's doing!

Unprofessional and filthy
The office is absolutely filthy and in no way sterile. Staff are rude. Dr Gaskill is unprofessional, uncaring, and should not be in the medical field or dealing with the public at all for that matter. Took over 3 hours for wisdom teeth removal that supposedly went fine. No word from anyone the entire time. Family members are left to wait in the parking lot with no idea what is taking so long or if your loved one is ok. Went back for complications. Took 3 more hours just to be seen for the doctor to say there isn't any swelling when she clearly looks like a chipmunk with the mumps. She became argumentative, snarky, and rude, and rough with my daughter when we were voicing our concerns. She did however prescribe more antibiotics and pain meds for the non existent complications.

I had 4 wisdom teeth removed, they let me know the risks of nerve damage, and also helped me out with a molar I was having issues with. Everyone there was very sweet and I was in and out quickly. only thing I regret was not seeing the dog

THE ONLY THING WAS THE LONG WAIT TIME... I HAVE NEVER WAITED THAT LONG IN ANY DOCTOR'S/DENTIST'S OFFICE UNTIL DR.GASKILL .... BUT I HAVE TO BE PUT UNDER FOR THEM TO WORK ON ME SO I LIKE THAT PART, I AM SCARED OF DENTISTS.

My Fiancé had her wisdom teeth removed.. Of course after 2 hours of waiting when she was first on the list of appointments.. ok, that’s fine. no biggy. But afterwards, when we drove an HOUR home, we couldn’t get her prescriptions filled because her name was written wrong on her prescription form.. So, now that the numbing has wore off, she’s in a massive amount of pain.. 35 phone calls to Dr. Gaskill’s office & no answers..

The staff is rude and covid guidelines aren’t being followed. There wasn’t a clean space in that office. The doctor went off on a tangent about Biden while she was putting me to sleep. It was unpleasant and unprofessional. Her mind is warped if she thought that was appropriate.

Very very very long wait time. I had a appointment at 10:00 am. I did not have my wisdom teeth pulled until 4:30 that afternoon. I am a very patient person but that is absolutely ridiculous.

I have a very intense phobia of dentists of all kinds. She put me at ease within minutes of being there. The staff was amazing, very reassuring and calming. It was obvious everyone actually wanted to be there, not just going through the work day motions. Very clear post surgery instructions. I will be going back for any more dental work.

It's funny the stuff people complain about. She is a great doctor and her staff is nice and professional. She takes Medicaid when 95 % of the providers out there refuse to. Complaining about the wait time is ridiculous it's a surgeon's office stuff happens. The way she dresses shouldn't matter. In any surgery after ward you can have complications it's part of it. That's explained during the consultation if you take the time to pay attention. After care instructions are sent home.

She was used for emergency repair of tooth. In process of repairing one tooth and cutting the roof of my mouth, she broke another tooth off and did not inform me or my family. I called back to inform her of the situation and office personnel was rude and re-scheduled me two weeks later to fix her mistake.

Horrible wait time my appointment was at 8 my daughters appointment was at 8:30 and by 11 o'clock they finally had one of us back there to do the dental procedure and it took about 30 to 45 minutes to do the actual procedure I'm not exactly sure what was going on the first 3 hours that I sat in the waiting room absolutely ridiculous I will never go back to see her again I would not recommend hurt anyone if you can find another oral surgeon please go see someone different.
