Always a pleasure
Dr. Durand is always pleasant and very professional. I only visit her once a year so it is very obvious to me that she has reviewed my vision history before she enters the exam room. I do appreciate that.

I wasn't real happy as they don't file with my total insurance I have United Healthcare duel complete with is because I have Medicaid but don't for it wanted me to pay it don't that kind of money

Good experience. Wait was a bit long.
Although it took a while for me to get taken in to the exam area the staff and doctor were both very thorough. Would definitely recommend this office.

Dr. Durand was professional and caring.
I went to Dr. Durand due to an eye infection. She diagnosed my problem, prescribed an ointment and gave me some free samples. She was patient and kind, the qualities I really appreciate in a doctor.

Did not inform me that vision insurance would not cover what she did (I only wanted a routine eye exam to replace my broken glasses).... She Did not even hint at the fact that I'd be charged hundreds of dollars from medical insurance. Communication is important for patients, so next time, let people know that what you're doing isn't part of the routine exam. Big disappointment to pay $260 in the office, then receive another bill for $270 2 weeks later. Feels like they're running a scam. Read Less
