Very pleasant, well run office. Dr.Busch was extremely professional and thorough, efficient with no sense of being rushed. I’m very pleased with my new PCP and staff.

Never again!
Came in for wellness visit today. My husband and I are taking classes to foster. A physical is required along with being up to date on all your immunizations, the covid vaccine is not part of that requirement. She refused to fill out the form correctly stating that I had all of my shots until I received the COVID-19 vaccine. Went down to the second floor for my first covid vaccine showed proof and asked for my form to be updated. She refused again and said to come back after I've had my second covid vaccine. The covid-19 vaccine is not federally required or required by the state to foster or adopt. Last year when I requested she run my hormones for my PCOS she told me she didn't want to get involved and to speak to my OBGYN about it. During my visit today, explained my OB told me I was normal and not needed. Expressed my displeasure with my DRs for not wanting to run the lab work, she did nothing.... Long story short, I am finding a new doctor.

Dr Busch's staff told me I could see the MD on Tues at 8:15 but mistakenly put me in their system for Mon. When I arrived for the appointment the staff said I missed my appointment. Fortunately My Mercy notes documented the mistake was theirs, not mine but it took a long time for the office manager to accept that fact. Dr Busch then wouldn't see me. I took off work to make this appointment. Mistakes happen; I'm disappointed Dr Busch and her office weren't willing to make things right.

Dr Busch is my doctor and also my 3 year old daughters. We have been going there since I was pregnant. She is a little dry but she is thorough and takes time to ask questions. We had to refer my daughter to a specialist and she was good at following up. She is also good at listening to concerns.

Dr. Busch comes off as being interested in nothing but another paycheck .I explained what was going on and she asked ME if I wanted to up my normal medicine, or change completely. This concerned me and left my feeling uneasy. I came in crying, left crying, and her lack of sympathy was shocking. I've never met a doctor to show a lack of interest like her. She did not answer multiple questions that I kept brining up as well and would change the topic.

I've seen Dr. Busch for years and I really appreciate both her conservative approach to prescribing medication and/or tests and her desire to include me in the treatment planning. She isn't bubbly or very talkative, but I think she is very good at her job.

I have been with Dr. Busch for several years now. She is by far the best general practitioner I have ever had, and I have had quite a few. I am a 64 year old man with a VERY complex medical history, which she manages extremely well. She is very professional and conservative on meds, which is a plus these days of the over-prescribing of everything under the sun. She is a courteous, friendly and very considerate person. I cannot recommend her more highly.

Dr. Busch is by far the rudest, unfriendliest physician I have ever encountered. The first words out of her mouth were lecturing me for being late. (Ihave a fractured arm and it took me longer than it should to complete EIGHT pages of paperwork.)I offered to come back at a different time. She told there were no other times. During the entire visit she never showed any interest or compassion about my fractured or that I'm a breast cancer survivor. She's all business. Zero bedside bedside manner.

Dr Busch has no personality and is not good with children. My son was sick and she didn't prescribe anything. Took him to urgent care and he got antibiotics. Office staff is so rude. They have messed up my insurance multiple times.
