Doesn't care about patients
Good luck getting an appointment to actually see her. Had several appointments but never saw the actual doctor, she always puts it off onto her assistant. When I emailed her with concerns over swelled feet and asked to see her instead of her assistant, she responded basically go find another doctor. Save yourself a step and look elsewhere. She just doesn't care about her patients.

What she tells you she’s going to do and what she actually does are two very different things. Extremely difficult to get appointment in reasonable amount of time even if her office is the one who canceled it. Really liked her first time I met her (which turned out to be my only visit). A year later, still haven’t been able to get appointment with her even though I’m dealing with bothersome thyroid issue and have been waiting almost a year for biopsy order. Now that they canceled my appt, her next “first available” is 7 months away. It’s deja vu of last year. Don’t waste your time and aggravation.

What visit? Can’t get another one after first one a year ago. She canceled last visit 6 months ago to go out of town. Now my March appt is canceled due to corona virus, which is fine because my March ultrasound on thyroid growth was moved to June. When I called to move appt to June to discuss thyroid ultrasound, I was told her first available is October. That’s unacceptable and inexcusable to let patient linger that long with large (over 2cm) growth on thyroid. It’s difficult to swallow and beyond that, I have high family cancer risks. I’ll find doc who actually cares about their patients. Only gave her one star because zero wasn’t an option.

After getting no results from her recommended treatment, I was just dismissed with a causal I don't know and it was left at that. Rather than finding the cause of my issues, she said it was because I didn't exercise enough. When her recommended exercise regimen didn't yield results, she looked no further.
