I have to admitted I am a little apprehensive leaving this review because everyone will want her for their General Practitioner....yet I have to brag for it has been years since I have experience such care, warmth and tenderness from the moment I walk into UT physicians starting with the front desk, to Dr Bortolotti's nurse then Dr Bortolotti's thorough evaluation ending with a "have a great day." from the front desk! Wow This place really gets it! Thank you! STL

Raquel at the front desk is incredibly rude and needs to be trained on customer service and compassion. It’s a shame that an excellent Doctor like Dr Bortolotti is overshadowed by the poor and incompetent front desk staff, unfortunately Raquel is the the only name i could get, but the front desk is the first and last impression a patient has, too bad it couldn’t have been a more positive one. As soon as Dr B & went to a “corporate” medical office, her personable, friendly staff no longer exist

Very competent well studied professional who treats you with care as she would her family. Relates on level with you in explaining your needs or calming fears. Care management is spectacular and has kept our family under her caring practice for about 13 years.

Didn't listen to how I was feeling in my body. Only looked at labs and went by numbers that are to be normal. Didn't care that I felt horrible and was in tears to find something that would work for me to feel better.
