The office looks terrible and I got thrre to be the first patient. No one was at the reception window. I waited 30- 40 minutes while I heard the staff laughing and joking in the background. The receptionist or office Mgr was extremely rude after I was in the chair for an extraction and demanded payment ahead of procedure. The dentist came in, all business, not reassurance as what to expect. I was so nervous. After the procedure, I was treated like a number. Had problems with an infection afterwards and Dr. Becker was not friendly and was rough. I will never go back. Be aware!!!

We received a referral from our dentist office for my son's wisdom teeth removal. When we arrived for the consult, I provided my insurance card and information to receptionist and filled out long questionnaire. Not once did she inform us that they were out of network. Had she done so, we would have found a provider that was in network. Instead, she wasted our time for at least a month without following up. I had to call twice during that time for updates, and I was told that "it can take up to a month or longer for preapproval information. Again, I was not informed that we were out of network, and we waited another week. In the meantime, I received their $93.00 consult fee bill. The only way that I found out that it was out of network was through my insurance confirming my amount owed would be almost $2,000. I called the office to be told we are out of network finally. I called OMS that day to be approved for insurance same day and surgery was scheduled within 2 weeks!

Pulled my tooth without problems. Only gave 6 pain pills like I was a drug seeker. I mailed the prescription back since she is not concerned about relief of pain although she has a license to do so. I didn't want her prescription for 6 pills. Other reviews have mentioned lack of pain concern also.

My husband and three of my kiddos have been seen by Dr. Becker, and while the process can be nerve-wracking, Dr. Becker and her staff were excellent and very caring.

She did a great job. Minimal pain - I had all 4 teeth out and everyone couldn’t believe that I was doing fine. If you want a good surgeon, this is it.

After leaving Dr. Julie Becker's office I was so pleased with her work until I got a bill for $1,000 from Cox Medical center. Dr. Becker's office sent "labs" to Cox Medical center without asking me. They spent my money for me. They didn't ask if it was somthing I was ok with them doing. They did this without consent and now I'm in debt. When I called and asked about what was going on and if there was a way we could work out the situation becuase I wouldn't have agreed to them sending labs to a medical center that I don't have insurance coverage for the receptionist was rude and unwilling o work with me without an attitude. wouldn't recommend anyone using Dr.. Julie Becker unless they have exponential funds to spend on whatever this office wants to use YOUR money for. Please becareful using this place and I hope this message spreads awareness so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Back in January 2020, I got an exposure done on my left canine. Now they're telling me it's fused to the bone and the surgery was for nothing. They don't care about their clients, they just want your money. Same with Cash Family Orthodontics.

Dr. Becker and the staff were amazing! I was nervous and they helped make it a calm and wonderful experience. Thank you again!

Dr. Becker extracted my impacted wisdom tooth one month ago. I am 52 and have been told by 2 dentists and 2 oral surgeons during my life that it was too dangerous to remove. This, coupled with the fact that I had recently had a friend who had a horrible experience with a different doctor, left me with pretty high anxiety. However, I had no bruising, only minimum swelling, and very little pain after the procedure. I have experienced no problems at all! Dr. Becker is very professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. If you are looking for someone “warm and fuzzy” she may not be your gal. But I’d rather have a top notch surgeon then warm and fuzzy any day! The staff is professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Becker.

Dr. Becker and her staff did my extractions a year ago. My teeth were really bad. She took wonderful care of me. I would recommend her to everyone!!

I feel Dr. Becker was very cold and clinical, shows no compassion at all! And that was just the consultation.

The office saw me within five days of my call. I Had all four wisdom teeth extracted (they were not impacted, two had fractured and one started to become sensitive) under local anesthetic (more stressful for any doctor). Dr. Becker had me blocked for no pain and the extractions went great for my situation. The Office called to check on me the next day. I appreciate the professional treatment from Dr. Becker, the assistants, and all of the support personnel.

Dr. Becker removed 4 impacted wisdom teeth for my daughter. There was no pre- instruction of what to expect, so I had to call doctor Becker, who acted like there wasn't much to say. No reassurance. After surgery, there was only one phone call instructing my daughter to rinse with salt water. I feel they should have asked more questions to check up. She went a week in severe pain because they didn't explain clearly to flush with a syringe good out of deep pockets. Not good follow up care!
