Telehealth
I saw Dr. VanderPluym three times at 17 years old experiencing daily migraines with aura. I was having complete numbness on the left side of my body and she was the only one to listen to me and take it seriously. Without her diagnosis I would not have been able to take the steps to treat it homeopathically (I was tired of medications and tests after three years of it) and today, at 21, I experience maybe 2 migraines a month. Dr. VanderPluym taught me how to advocate for myself and to keep pushing, because even after countless doctors telling me it's anxiety or all in my head, there was someone out there who actually took the time go listen. She changed my life and I will forever be grateful for her.

Dr. Vanderpluym has been a great help to me in diagnosing and managing complex chronic migraine and POTS. My family and I are very thankful for her expertise. I am experiencing improvement in symptom management under her medical care.

Does not fit in with Mayo—cold and impatient. Also missed that a significant part of my daughter’s migraine was actually a treatable CSF leak.
