I would be disheartened and sad if she wasn’t my doctor because She is the BEST, Number 1 GI doctor PERIOD in every way!

My visit with Dr. Miller was so very helpful. After having colon cancer surgery I was having problems getting my digestive and other issues under control. The recommendations and medication that Dr. Miller prescribed worked wonders. I really like Dr. Miller. She helped me to feel normal again!

From the time you enter Dr Miller’s office until you leave, you feel relaxed and comfortable with the atmosphere and ambience. The front office Mgr is warm and friendly, along with the nursing staff. not thorough, no eye contact, did not listen to history of symptoms made a diagnosis of somatoform disorder for chronic cough which is ridiculous based on asthma and allergies that I have. somatoform is typically for those with complaints of pain that cannot be objectively explained based on medical tests - was referred to GI to rule out GERD as cause of chronic cough - did not know I would get a psychiatric diagnosis when she spent 5 minutes with me

Had a colonoscopy with Dr. Julianna Miller in 2017. She is so knowledgable, calm, reassuring, and made me feel so confident before the procedure, and took photos for me to see after the procedure so I could understand what she found and what I needed to do to follow-up. The outpatient facility where the procedure was done is in Cary, and it was busy, a little like an ER in some ways. I had a bed in pre-op that was separated from others by those long curtains. That is also where you meet your anesthesia team just before you go to the procedure. There may be changes for my next procedure-about how many people are there, etc-now that we are in a pandemic.

Follow up appointment after upper endoscopy. Dr. Miller was friendly and engaging. She answered all my questions and made me feel like I was her only patient all day. She is wonderful.
