Absolute fantastic PCP
Best doctor I've ever worked with. I drive from downtown Chicago to see her in the suburbs! Very professional while being incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. Cannot recommend Dr. Ratner more.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Ratner for at least two years. She is very intelligent, super thorough and kind. She has been on top of my medical issues even though they are difficult and not made me feel like I’m bothering her for being a patient that doesn’t fit into a specific equation. Sadly, that is super rare these days. I am grateful to her and feel lucky I found her.

I have recommended Dr. Ratner to friends. I feel that she spends quality time with me. I do not feel rushed and I feel she is very thorough. I have not felt this good about a doctor since many years ago when I had a doctor who treated my parents since the beginning of his practice and knew me well. I feel she takes the time to get to know her patients.

I’m very disappointed with Dr Ratner for the fact that after all these years being her patient and nothing was really wrong with me, just mild cases here and there but as soon as there was a presentation of a serious case, I got no answers and as soon as I told her I’m working with a holistic doc because I’m getting no clear answers as to how to treat this condition, I got the silent treatment! Like literally wouldn’t return my msgs about medical stuff, blood test etc. SUPER DISSAPOINTED!

Dr. Ratner is an excellent doctor! She is very-very thorough and continues to respond through the North Shore Connect program to me, her patient, whenever I have a question and/or etc. I have a precarious going's-on medically and she's on top of it. I feel honestly like I have someone medically who pays attention and is there when needed. II took tremendous time to research and do my heavy due-diligence to find the right internist (for once) and I am beyond content with my choice.

One of the worst doctors ever. She hid results from my mom and there were medical records about severe issues with my mom and she never addressed nor shared the records with my mom. She has no business being in the field of taking care of human lives. My mom has cancer and she should have known this with the results she saw two years ago and never addressed. She is despicable.

Dr Ratner is the first doctor I’ve had who didn’t give a lazy diagnosis and send me out the door. She is easy to contact and I honestly feel like she cares for my health and well-being. I will follow her if she ever switches practices.

Best! Dr. Ratner is very patient, actually listens. Always takes her time with me, answer questions, never rush me out of the door. She got great skill to diagnose. One time I visited 2 docs before her (her schedule wasn't available) with no results, still had problem, and she figured it out! I won't go anywhere else.

Dr. Ratner really takes the time to listen to you and writes everything down. She evaluates every aspect of how you are feeling and the issues you are having to provide a complete diagnosis of your condition. I never feel like she rushes me out of her office, like I'm just another number in her schedule. She was able to figure out my issue and provide a preventative solution for me so that my condition doesn't get worse.
