Terrible Doctor bad medical group too! Left as fast as I could. She argues with you and is not good at explaining anything. She will just leave and shut the door after 5 minutes with you to say the is finished? Very hard to get an appointment, for me it was 2 months? She will not call you back, staff is upset and tells patient about their woes?? What is that? She wants you to see a bunch of speciality doctors even it’s needed and SHE can handle it but it’s all about making money for McLaren. I am upset and disgusted at McLaren too and will never have any test there. Everyone is very unprofessional from check in to what ever you are having done. I worked in the medical field for years and I am horrified we have this up here?

Dr Mueller is a very caring doctor and a good listener. I appreciate that she is very well read. She knows a lot about nutrition and how it affects your health. And she seems to be very knowledgeable about current trends and treatments and medications. I highly recommend her.

When I moved back to Michigan, I decided that I should find a doctor for medical needs down the road since I am in my 70's. I called Internal Medicine zoning in on a particular doctor but that doctor was not accepting new patients. The receptionist stated that a new physician was coming and would I like to see her. I said okay and have not looked back. Dr. Mueller is a younger doctor, but she listens to you and makes suggestions which you can follow up or not. No pressure. I have been seeing her for three years and with some issues that I had, she referred me to a few doctors which I am glad she did otherwise the issues may have been ignored on my part. She sends you your results of whatever tests you have had done with options. I highly recommend her.

My husband and I moved to this area and was recommended by Mich Ortho. I called and was kept on hold for 40 plus minutes and finally left a message requesting a call back for an appointment. Four (4) days later had no return call so called again and was on hold for over 25 min. VERY poor service and May reflect the doctor(s) type of care.
