Saw this doctor for two separate issues, was misdiagnosed twice. Was told I had triceps tendonitis, I did not- was tennis elbow, went on to have surgery to correct. I was told at a separate visit I had arthritis in my wrist- with no imaging being done. When the pain persisted months later a different doctor did an x ray and MRI, telling me I absolutely did not have arthritis, instead a tear, which I had told Dr Mayberry I suspected and was dismissed. I would not recommend based on my personal experience.

The office is well run. I have always been seen in a timely manner. There is respect for patients' time. Dr. Mayberry is personable; she takes her time explaining things. She answers questions. This is a top doc who genuinely cares about her patients. Nothing is rushed.

Got referred from the ER for a fracture. Had surgery. Had lots of pain. Finger is still not straight. Went elsewhere to be fixed. Found out she isn't actually certified in orthopedics or hand surgery like the internets says. Do your homework.

Absolutely and highly recommend Dr. Mayberry! I had a snapped wrist from one of my hundred-pound shepherds who got "spooked" while on a woods walk. Dr. Mayberry did wrist surgery the same day at Lankenau Hospital. Not only is she expertly skilled in her area, she made the surgery and all appointments go with ease and best information. Here I am, 2 years later and I can do Yoga (downward dog) and carry groceries, and use a wheelbarrow full of mulch! All this with pins and reconstructed wrist, thanks to Dr. Julia Mayberry! : )

Dr. Mayberry is Ok but her billing department leave much to be desired. Got new insurance as of the first and told the receptionist. She took down my new number but left last years 2019 expiration date. Thus when they checked coverage they were told it expired. Instead of calling me to get this misunderstanding corrected, their billing department sent me a bill that was targeted at an insurance company for over $200.00. During my appointment, I was charged and paid a $45.00 copay. On the bill I received a $90.00 office visit charge. A charge for the injection of $98.00 and a charge for $30.00 medication charge. Also a $30.00 charge for a visit in November which should have been charged to my old insurance. I called for information about this bill as I had never seen a charge with all of these charges on it. I knew I received two injections. One in November and one in January. I was give an explanation that targeted at an insurance provider. Was made to feel stupid.

The entire office gave me a good experience. Been a while since I have had a doctor’s office be so efficient, kind, and courteous. Dr. Mayberry is very personable, addresses concerns directly, and is mindful of her patients time. Very efficient, pleasant office. Her support staff is busy- but they handle everything so seemingly smooth that you don’t have that chaotic, your just a number feeling you get at other offices. Thank you to Dr. Mayberry and her staff!

I went to Dr Mayberry at my ortho Dr office ,she comes there from her main line office, she never helped me,I was in unbelievable pain, she saw me and ordered me a mri , the mri said I had a cast on( I did not- also my broken distal radius was to swelled to get a good reading of the brake, I asked her if she would X-ray it again she said no ,it was broken in 4/2018 - and I went to occupational therapist 3 x a week,I complain to Dr Mayberry about how painful my broken wrist was ,ended going to Rothman and here my wrist was broke twice ,if Dr Mayberry got a X-ray when I asked it would have been found out that it was broke twice,I think she is a terrible Dr and wasted my time ,money and a lot of pain because she just didn’t care .. never see this doctor
