Such a great office and doctor!
I have been with Dr. Jones now for a few years. Dr. Jones is always professional and compassionate. She relates well to people and takes time to listen and takes appropriate action on the symptoms. She is good at building trust with her patients. The wait times are relatively short (usually 15 minutes maximum). The doctor, Nurse Cherish, and CMA Hunter are so understanding. We’ve never had an issue with either of them. The office staff is great too – very friendly and professional!

I find that Dr. Jones lacks insight and compassion. She consistently does not take the time to really understand a situation, nor does she make any attempt to create a real doctor- patient relationship. Instead, she relies on biased, incorrect assumptions. I find her cold, uncaring, and privileged. What a waste of education. I imagine that her lack of genuine concern for her patients will cause issues throughout her career unless she purposely seeks out opportunities to grow- and then, does, in fact, grow in understanding, warmth, and compassion for her fellow humans. She's young, so there's a chance she will learn the qualities necessary to become a good doctor eventually. At this time, she is not. Good luck.

I've been seeing Dr. Jones for several years now. I have found her to be very compassionate and caring. I never feel rushed. Highly recommend her.

Both my Mother and myself are patients of Dr. Jones. All visits with her have been positive interactions. Dr. Jones takes time to listen about your medical situation(s). Dr. Jones is compassionate with her patients.

I was satisfied with the oversight that Dr. Jones gave to my elderly mother when she was hospitilized at Methodist Hospital. She listened and provided information and helped with transitions.

She has treated my 79 year old mother and very ill and I attend the appointments. She is a wonderful doctor. I would switch to her from my regular doctor in a heartbeat. She is gentle and explains everything very well.

I sense that Dr. Jones is uncomfortable with me. She acts like touching me to examine me is distasteful. She does not discuss test results, even when the numbers are out of line.

I would not recommend Dr. Julia Jones to other patients. I had an exam and she didn't give me the results until a year later. She also made it so I could not get the medicine I need, I have asthma and she did not prescribe the proper dosage of my prescription and then made it so I could not get more refills when I needed them. I am currently looking for a new doctor and am very disappointed in the poor care I received from Dr. Julia Jones.

After completing 15 minutes of paperwork (computer work) just to update the physician of past health history, I was told that Dr. Jones wants to reschedule the appointment as she is now running late. What an ego! I informed the staff that I am out of medication. Dr. Jones could care less! Would NEVER recommend her!!! You have been warned!
