RN nurse left me with a huge bruise on my left arm. I got this huge bruise after this nurse took my blood test. My arm was hearting very badly after that blood test. African American girl who works at the front desk and answers the phone was rude,bossy and very Unhelpful. This girl was acting like if she was a doctor or something,bossing patients around and tell them what to do. However,the doctor is great. The doctor was knowledgeable,helpful and professional. Doctor has a good bedside manner,she is great with patients. I really liked this doctor. Doctor is awesome,but the nurse and receptionist are very Unprofessional.
