I spoke with Dr. DeLeo this morning about a respiratory infection. She was extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable. She is not my normal doctor, but she listened to me, understood the issues and created a plan of action.

No I would not recommend. When trying to get answers and an opinion about about an illness and recent bloodwork, she could not give a straight answer or even her best judgement. Didn’t get anywhere with her. Instead it was as if I was keeping her; she didn’t want to help or even doing her job. Completely and utterly useless.

Don't know what has happened to her, but she used to be so caring and compassionate and willing to go above and beyond for her patients. Now she just doesn't care. Don't have a long outstanding issue that they can't find a reason for - she will just write you off and tell you to go find someone else - totally shocked at the lack of care shown by her these days.

I’ve had Dr Deleo for years now and am very happy with the care I receive. She doesn’t hesitate to refer you if she thinks it’s warranted. She is easy to talk to and a great listener. Wish it was easier to get in to see her, seems her patient load has increased to the point where she is always booked way ahead. Luckily I rarely see her more than a few times a year, os it hasn’t been a problem to get in to see her

If you suspect anything tickborne DO NOT go here. My life has been hell since my misdiagnosis. Every telltale symptom, including positive IGM IGG and imbedded tick. Was told heart was stress, Pain was working too much and insomnia was hormones. Every Dr I have seen since is in absolute shock that this happened. One LLMD in DC even used the F word to describe her ignorance. Another LLMD said they pray she is better educated by this point since she practices in a hotbed of tickborne illnesses.

Oct of 2016 I saw her after a trip to Europe. I was sick 2 days into the two wk trip, and did not recover after coming home. She diagnosed pneumonia. Xray was ordered but not viewed; diagnosis was based on crackling sound in lungs. I was given a 10 day course of antibiotics but did not improve. 2 days after finishing pills, I was rushed by ambulance to hospital. Blood clots in my lungs, NEVER had pneumonia. I could have easily died of blood clots due to misdiagnosis. I would never recommend her.

Very good. Dr DeLeo is a responsive Dr. Takes time to talk. Very informative and knowledgeable. As far as I'm concerned, Dr DeLeo is the best Dr ( General Practitioner, Internal Medicine) I've had in 20 years.

Great Doctor who keeps her eyes out for changes in your health at every visit, to make sure you're staying healthy. My only complaint is that her bedside manner is only fair to middling. She's matter of fact,to the point & quite blunt, so if you're looking for a straightforward answer, go see her; if you want to be coddled, look elsewhere.
