I was hopeful but I'm done. I have thyroid problems that haven't been regulated for a long time. Staff has never been helpful (last straw was today when I asked to do an over-the-phone visit instead of in-office because I was sick, and I got a snotty "you'll be charged $25 for canceling" response) .Plus, she didn't want to find the root cause of the issues. Instead I was told that I should get gastric bypass, which was a HUGE shock to my other docs and they consider irresponsible. Don't go.
