While her time @ this appt. was at the VA; Dr. Judith Wilber exhibited superior calm and erudition and performed a explicit examination of my past pre-cancerous areas, froze those suspect and prescribed salve by prescription for my extremities showing some evidence of irritation, inflammation which is commonly known "athletes feet".
