I used to love Dr. Rubin, and I miss the lady who would cut my toenails. She was great when I had no issues. I had to find a new podiatrist when I went to her concerned about my foot, thinking it was broken. She not only misdiagnosed me (after taking xrays showing a break?!), but told me to go directly to the ER to have them handle the "blood clot" - which they couldn't find. This disaster ended up costing me thousands of dollars, and a visit to a proper doctor for a correct diagnosis.

This doctor required charging me $60 for a teleconference before agreeing to see me in person after I already went to see my primary care physician and paid a copay to her for symptoms she said were indicative of Morton's Neuroma. And then she is planning to charge me another $60 copay for an in office visit. This will result in me paying 3 copays for the same issue before even seeing the doctor in person for an exam. I don't see any merit to the televised appointment as my concern has already been vetted by the PCP, and I don't have more money to pay for an additional copay. I don't think that is right, and so I cancelled my appt. and found another doctor who did not require an online appt first.

I just want to give a shout out to the most amazing Dr. Rubin. The personal service was beyond reproach. She fixed my problem in a matter of less than an hour. I felt like I was a long lost friend. I highly recommend her I have posted all her information on Facebook just so people would know to go to her before they go to anyone else she's the best in the business. With gratitude and appreciation, Pamela Briscoe

I thought she was humorous until my foot started hurting. Her recommendations were harmful. The physical therapy is puzzling. Just expect for your foot to not feel right after a bunionectomy with her.

I ADMIT SHE SPEAKS VERY LOUD. SHE IS A GREAT DOCTOR ,AND O MY GOD SHE EXPLAINS EVERYTHING OVER AND OVER. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL PROCEDURES DONE IN HER OFFICE AND I HAVE HAD GREAT RESULTS. I AM DIABETIC SO I WAS VERY CONCERN ABOUT MY HEALING PROCESS BUT THE PROCEDURES TURNED OUT GREAT. THE OFFICE STAFF AND NURSE WAS VERY IMFORMED ABOUT ALL PROCEDURES IF I HAD ANY QUESTION AND VERY POLITE. THIS DOCTOR IS GREAT.
