Doctor that Listens
Dr. Cothran was able to diagnose and treat my complicated vulvar pain condition. I had seen at least 5 other Gynecologist and several Physical Therapists over a 4 year period and none of them appropriately diagnosed my problem. Dr. Cothran diagnosed the problem and I’m finally getting some relief from my chronic pain. I’m so grateful !

I make it a point to only write reviews for very positive or very negative experiences. My experience with Doctor Judith A. Cothran is just ridiculously poor. I was new to the state (had only been in Glenview just over 1 month) and I searched Northshore specifically for an African American Female GYN. On my first visit to her in Nov 2018, she was more than 1 hour late. In addition she is unprofessional, unorganized and a liar with a poor attitude

Dr. Cothran is a wonderful very knowledgeable doctor. I've been a patient with Dr. Cothran since she delivered my two children at Prentice Women's Hospital at Northwestern. My 15 year old daughter, who she delivered, just started seeing her this year! Wow! We both highly recommend Dr. Cothran.

Laziest doctor I ever met. Takes forever to get an appointment and then her entire attitude is how she can get out of doing anything for her patients. RUN don't WALK away from her. If you have a real problem she will do NOTHING!!! Advocate is the WORST health system in the country! Bottom of the barrel when it comes to doctors and Cothran is one of the WORST!!!!If I could give ZERO stars I would!!!! RUN!!!!!
