Dr Dawson is one of the best doctors I've ever had, if he hasn't moved away I would still be going to him! Incredibly caring and thorough, definitely see him if you can

Finding a perfect PCP can be difficult. It took many years to find one but after seeing such exceptional high quality patient centered care with my son, I feel blessed to have Dr Dawson as our doctor for both of us.

Dr Dawson is the best doc I have ever had! Hi listens, is innovative, effective and doesnt just prescribe medications. He reviews tests throughly and does research to even help. He is very thoughtful in referring the right specialists. I cant appreciate his help enough!

Fronm the moment he came in it was as if we had been friends for years. As the appointmnt progressed, I became confident in his abilities and knowledge. I feel lucky to have selected him as my doctor.

Dr. Dawson is professional, yet very caring. I had previously gone to two other doctors; each one treated half the problem. Dr. Dawson addressed both the soft and hard tissue problem. The results were much more effective than the treatments by the previous doctors. I would highly recommend Dr. Dawson. The office staff is friendly and approachable as well.
