I was admitted into the hospital Oct 27th & chose to leave Nov 2nd after he spoke to me in a belittling & dismissive way. I was admitted for severe nausea, vomiting, stomach pain & throat pain. The weaker pain medication didn’t help & was only given the stronger ones that did help a bit every 6 hours. My blood tests show my ALT level at 114 & AST level at 79. When I asked him about it his words were “It’s likely due to your fatty liver that probably has been fatty for awhile”. I was given an iron infusion without being told why before it started. My potassium levels were repeatedly low. My CT scan results state “Degenerative changes of the spine are seen” & he said yes but I don’t think thats causing your stomach pain” & nothing more on the concerning finding. The worst thing he said to me was “They are going to start getting suspicious that you’ve been here for almost 2 weeks on strong pain medication”. My drug abuse test was negative & I wasn’t there for nearly 2 weeks. Every time he spoke to me his eyes were constantly rolling yet he didn’t speak to staff that way.
