Had appointment yesterday and when I got to reception desk was told he was sick. It was a 30 minute drive from my south Tampa home. I believe they were calling patients to advise them when I checked in, just too late for me. I got next appointment for 07/29/2021, 12 PM. I was given an appointment card and left. When I got home and looked at the card it was Dr. Nieves business card and the name on the back was Bryan, If I had an email address I would have used that to communicate. Phone doses not work for me because of very raspy voice from radiation treatment.

Good doctor but the office is not responsive at all. They just transfer you to a voice mail, never call you back, and never follow-up. Extremely frustrating dealing with this office staff.
