In a world of stuck up, arrogant doctors who are willing to dismiss you and your symptoms at the drop of a pin, Dr. Perez is an empathetic, understanding, compassionate healthcare provider. I have felt looked after and respected after every visit, a shockingly rare occurrence in the American medical system.

Dr Perez is compassionate, caring, and collaborative in his work with patients. He listens carefully and explains everything about his preferred interventions and, if required, any medications. Every time I have an appointment, I leave believing that I have a real partner in health care. He is a lifesaver. Thank you, Dr Perez and everyone on your healthcare team.

The doctor is great but calling to schedule anything is such a pain. You will never have the receptionist answer on the first try. You will always have to leave a message and get a call back which for some might not be a problem. For me I was nearly impossible and ended up playing phone tag the majority of time. I feel like calling a business especially a dr office someone should always be there to answer no matter what.

Take as much time with the patient as they need. I take my mom to see him and she absolutely loves him. He makes your experience a good one and doesn't rush you when he sees you.
