Carmona is a nice guy. I like him. The reception is rude and not helpful whatsoever. I had booked an appointment without realizing my insurance took of my PCP of Carmona for no apparent reason and I was not notified of this. Now I can’t afford to pay the copay of general provider. It would have been okay if it was my regular PCP price. I have tried speaking to them calmly about the situation but their response was yelling, blaming the customer, and to deny me service. Now I cannot get my medication and will undergo severe withdrawal symptoms because of Dr. Carmona Medical Office and United Healthcare shenanigans. I am scared of the withdrawals I am going to experience. Again, Carmona is a nice guy. I’m not sure why he can’t just let me pay the affordable rate I had from February to November. Reception needs social training. Unbelievable the treatment I received from them as I was completely calm in tone and cooperative when I went to try to see Carmona for my appointment.
