I have been seeing Dr. Bautista for almost 3 years and highly recommend him.

Great communication, really cares and provides excellent care

I love the fact that Dr. Bautista was trained by Andrew Weil's Integrative Center in Tucson - a rarity. He is knowledgeable, up to date and has a great bedside manner. He is treating my senior husband and I along with our son. We feel very fortunate he is in Tucson. Highly recommend!!!

He is very nice when you get to see him. But, I had my blood work done in August and since then he has cancelled my follow up appointments 3 times. He has not called to even let me know how my blood work turned out. I recently had a heart attack so you would think he would be more caring about his patients. I think this is not acceptable for your primary care physician to treat his patients.

Before Dr. Byrd, a wonderful doctor, retired in August a letter was sent out to his patients telling us that we would be transferred as patients to Bautista. When I called today, after a bout of Covid, I was told that Bautista was no longer accepting new patients. There was no notice given to us that Bautista had dropped us. Even though I still do not feel good, I was told today that I could call some of the suggested doctors in the letter we received from Dr. Byrd. This is very up setting to be dropped without notification from Bautista. I do not believe that Bautista behaved in a professional manner. No patient should be notified by the scheduling desk that they have been dropped. The reason given was that 3 doctors left the practice and Bautista could not honor what we had been told. My two questions are. Why did 3 doctors leave in the same month. My last question is why was Bautista not professional enough to inform us that we had been dropped and on our own.

Dr. Bautista listened, he cared, he followed up and did what he said he would do. Also gave me next steps to take. All without lecturing me or pushing anything on me.

I’ve seen Dr Burista for many years. He is not just a regular PCP, he is also a Naturalpath doctor, which is a very RARE and outstanding qualification! I prefer natural ways of healing. Dr Burista’s vast professional knowledge in medications and his caring bedside manner has made a world of difference for me! He not only listened to my medical issues, he provided a variety of recommendations that actually resolved the root of the problem. If you look for an amazing primary care doctor who will care for you from his heart- pick Dr Burista! He is the BEST of the best!

Dt. Bautista is knowledgeable and caring. I have seen him for a variety of complaints. He always takes the time necessary to resolve the problem and his diagnoses and suggested treatments have been spot on. He will get even better with more experiencd.

Dr. Bautista takes the time to listen and asks questions before suggesting a course of action. He is a humble Doctor and doesn't have a gigantic Ego. He knows what he's doing and he explains things very well. I'm very pleased with him.
