Here’s a suggestion for how you might word your review:“I am deeply disappointed with Dr. Ju Yun Kim’s lack of thoroughness in evaluating my cancer. Her inadequate assessment led to multiple surgeries that could have been avoided with proper initial care. After 20 years of experience, she decided to only remove part of my thyroid. Despite my request to remove the entire thyroid from the beginning, she called two days later to say I would need another surgery to remove the rest. This oversight has caused me unnecessary stress and more surgeries than were necessary.”
