She has clearly lost her passion for her patients. She spends so much time at Baptist than at her own private practice. She used to be very attentive to her patient but has began neglecting her patients due to trying to work more in different settings than she’s capable of doing. I am very disappointed in her lack of patient care skills. I really think she needs to slow down and get back to how she once was with her patients. She isn’t very informative anymore and she passes most of her patients to nurse practitioners now. She needs to decide whether she wants to run a private practice or spend all her time a Baptist. Overall her quality of care is lacking because she’s become obsessed with quantity and not quality of care anymore. I have been with her for 5 years and have noticed the change.

Very quick and uninformative. Unable to get help with my c-pap machine. Would not return my calls or the c-pap technician’s calls. My wife goes there and gets average service, but she has had no problems like I have.

My son used this clinic on a referral from a physician. They did their normal sleep study, but a doctor never even spoke with him...only a nurse. They “diagnosed” him after his sleep study (and a doctor never even speaking with him) that he had narcolepsy. They prescribed a stimulant, which he was never able to get (thank goodness) because the pharmacy could never get in touch with the clinic to authorize the prescription. We went on from there for a second opinion and to meet with a nutritionist. After further testing, my son did NOT have narcolepsy, but his adrenal glands were shutting down! He is doing great now that we have the correct diagnosis. In the meantime, we have had billing issues with this clinic and I have called NUMEROUS times trying to handle it. However, not ONCE have I been able to speak with a person. It’s always a message to leave your name and number. Do NOT go to this clinic! There are others you can go to where you can actually see a doctor and answer the phone

Dr. Wade is great but her "staff" person in Kosciusko is rude, does not return calls, refuses to work with people on scheduling and generally has a bad attitude. While it's inconvenient to go to Flowood for simple SD card reading it's nearly impossible to deal with Alicia in Kosciusko.

Very rude staff, no concern for patient well being. Had Pulmonary Embolus and she was treating me as if I had a cold. very disrespectful.
