Dr Purakal and her staff are always friendly and professional.

I have been seeing Dr Purakal for years!! She really cares about her patients and their health. She always asks if there is anything else I need from her or the office and she takes time to explain anything that I don’t understand. Would highly recommend her to friends and family!!

Dr. Puracal is a knowledgeable , caring, and patient doctor. She takes her time with you. I highly recommend her!

Spent time with me regarding my questions. Was thoughtful and honest with me regarding medication concerns and the impact to my health.

She seems to be rushing all the time… and don’t listen to me not much… I feel like not being heard…

Did not listen! Was not caring or compassionate but was condescending and rude! Most awful experience at a doctors office ever.

Dr.Purakal did not have the decency to see me after a a half hour wait in reception area & then with the PA. This doctor would not renew my scrip for estrogen nor my mammogram. She could at least have seen me to talk about weaning myself from estrogen.I left having to seek a new gynecologist. She stood in the outer area to glare at me. What an awful visit. I will write a letter once I know who to direct it to.

My appointments are always very positive with Dr. Purakal. I’m a senior and she has been very patient and concerned listening to my needs. I highly recommend her and happy she is my physician.

Dr. Purakal is such a caring, kind, understanding doctor. She always has time for any of my questions and concerns. She is also a great coach for when it’s time to give birth.

Dr. Purakel addressed all of my concerns! It was like a one on one woman conversation! She listened to my needs & was very proactive in getting me to my next step of treatment! Also the staff was very helpful in communicating with me! Great experience!

Im 34 weeks now and i do visits at Dr.Purakal.I would recommend her she is so nice person…she answers every question that i have till now has been such a good doctor for me and my baby.The nurse is awesome and so sweet i like her so much.And the other staff are so understanding and answer all my question and things that i don’t understand.I hope I will have a good delivery with Dr.Purakal!

I went to her for a follow up visit as my original doctor in the office retired. She was not patient nor took the time to complete the review of my chart that the other physician had recorded regarding my diagnosis and care. She discredited the other doctor regarding the procedure that I was following up in. Overall, she is not very nice, she rushes and basically tell you what she’s going to do rather than discussing my care and what I wanted. I chose to get a 2nd opinion. I will see a different doctor going forward.

After having another physician, who was not attentive to my needs. Dr. Purakal has been patient, kindly and great at informing me with what’s going on with my pregnancy. I feel safe in her care.

She rushed the whole visit. Opened up the exam room door before I could finish undressing. Did not want to talk even though it was my first time meeting her. I felt like she was more interested in keeping her schedule than she was in learning her patient. She also ran tests that we had not discussed and was totally unnecessary. I will be finding me another GYN. My experience was not pleasant at all.

Today was the first time I had met Dr Purakal. She performed a procedure in while my regular doctor, Dr Chari is on leave. I couldn’t have asked for a more compassionate and caring person to take care of me. First impressions are everything and I would definitely see her in Dr Chari’s absence in the future. Thank you!!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Purakal and her team. I very much trust her medical care and advice. She is professional, very thorough, and supportive. She also truly listens. I am incredibly grateful to be able to receive such wonderful care. Thank you so much Dr. Purakal and your team.

She’s such a great doctor her and April are the best !!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Even gifted them with thank you cards and a fruit basket.

Annual exam. Office staff and Nurse are always friendly and efficient.

The visit was excellent, from check in to the end. The staff was very helpful, efficient and very friendly. The doctor has a wonderful bedside manner and answered all my questions. I was in and out in 45 minutes. I would highly recommend Dr. Purakel.
