My mother required a urine specimen collection today which took over a 1/2 hour wait time. Then I called about results several hours later and was unceremoniously put on hold for over 20 by Donna, Dr J.I.’s nurse. I gave up and called back later approximately an hour later to again be placed on hold by Donna for a minute which turned into 5 minutes. I again hung up and called back to speak with M. Gordon who informed me that the staff was understaffed and doing the best they could. My mother is elderly and needs intervention for a probable UTI. Another Dr told me to take my mom to the ER which I am trying to avoid.

I am a patient of Dr Iguabadia & honestly with this comment apparently it looks like u were looking for something more than over the counter medication & maybe ur system didn’t call for what u were looking for & because of this u are upset & now ur actions are to act out & leave a nasty review. Well I’m leaving a reply in replace to say that Dr Iguabadia is doin her job.

My internist was unavailable a couple of weeks ago so I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Iguobadia. She was very knowledgable and able to diagnose my problem quickly. The medication and treatment she recommended for my leg pain resulted in my making a complete recovery. As an injury attorney, I deal with physicians on a regular basis and I can honestly say, Dr. Iguobadia is friendly, competent and trustworthy. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an internist in Sumner County.

I've been seeing dr. Iguobadia as my primary care physician for a few years, now. I always feel heard and listened to. I trust her with my health and feel comfortable discussing my concerns with her. She isn't quick to throw pills at you, but won't hesitate to prescribe appropriate medications for your conditions, either. I'm on TennCare and feel this has made no difference in how I've been treated a a patient. I'm never treated as though I'm stupid. She isn't in it for the money, she's in it because she legitimately cares for her patients. I would strongly recommend Dr. Iguobadia. I never feel rushed with her. If my child didn't have a dedicated pediatrician, I would trust her with my child's health, as well, but I found Dr. Iguobadia after my child had been born. She's an excellent practitioner who treats the whole patient.

Literally the worst Dr. I've ever seen. I'm not one to run to the Dr. everytime I'm sick, in fact I avoid them. I went to the St. Thomas Express clinic with a severe sinus and upper respiratory infection. She treated me like I was a child that didn't know the difference between allergies and actual sickness. I'm an intelligent adult that knows my body and knows that I needed medicine, not prescribed allergy meds...that I'm already on...that can be bought over the counter. Glad I could waste my time and money. Save yourself the hassle and go to a real Dr.

Don't waste your time with a doctor who doesn't take you seriously. I would give 0 stars if possible. After being new to the area with new insurance I was assigned to Dr. Iguobadia. I went in for what I thought was a sinus infection. She didn't listen to my complaints and prescribed medications that weren't really needed. Turns out it was actually stage 4 lung cancer which spread to the brain.

Great and wonderful doctor . Instead of having to go to see at least three specialists doctors she sees me right there in her office. Give her a try !! She will not disappoint. I always have a less than 5 or 10 minute wait time .

I've had problems trying to find a doctor that cares for the patient and not money or kickbacks. She suggest physical therapy for all ailments, for both my husband and me for a wide range of different problems. She has staggered my medicine refills so I have to come in more often. I wanted to like her but after multiple problems with her and the office, I decided to find another doctor that listens and cares for my well-being. You shouldn't dread calling and dealing with a doctor and their staff
