Dr. Joshua Zaffos, MD

He was professional, did not talk 'down' to me. Studied my condition and said i did not have 'dry eye syndrome' as I had previously been diagnosed. He said I had a mite infection of my upper eye lid and eye lashes and prescribed a special eye drop.

Everything about this appointment was perfect. The staff is very welcoming and professional. Dr. Zaffos is always on time and I know he is busy, but I feel special when I am talking to him. He works so diligently to fix any issue. I am so grateful to have found him and his practice.

I have been going to Dr. Zaffos for several years. I got called back very quickly, the assistant came in and did her bit quick. She then put the dilation drops in and left. Then I waited for an hour for the doctor. He then spent all of 4 minutes in the room with me.

Dr Zaffos was very attentive and caring about giving me advice on the best care of my eyes. I went in to discuss cataract surgery. However I have a condition causing extreme dry eyes which would make surgery unsafe at this time. He has me on a treatment course to help with my MGD. Highly recommend this doctor and clinic.

It was a long wait, but the doctor was thorough and caring. Offered new therapeutic options, and I feel really hopeful about overcoming my long-term eye issues for the first time in over a decade.

The entire staff are very nice and helpful, from the girls who check you in, to all the technicians in the back, and the beautiful lady who checks you out. You truly feel like they all enjoy their jobs very much and are very concerned about you. They support their doctors and work together as a team. Such a pleasant office! Dr. Zaffos is a great doctor and really cares for his patients. I have never felt rushed. He stays in your room and answers all your questions. Dr. Zaffos truly cares about his patients.

I was sent by my eye doctor to Dr. Zaffos for blurred vision due to cornea issues. Dr. Zaffos duagnosed the problem correctly. After a few visits and a quick procedure I am all good now. Thanks so much! Highly recommend.

Dr. Zaffos is very kind and professional. When examining a patient, Dr. Zaffos is extremely focus and explains the results in a clear snd detailed manner. His staff is very professional as well and I feel he is one of the best doctors I have ever met.

I was referred after a visit to my primary glaucoma specialist after they noticed an anomaly that was causing me pain.Dr. Zaffos was able to get me in that day. The staff and doctor did a great job with everything. Explained what was going on and the next steps in order to alleviate my pain.

There was a long wait time that I was not informed of. I respectfully show up on time for my appointment and I expect that I would be respected as well by keeping close to my scheduled appointment

All of the office personnel are friendly and knowledgeable. They put you at ease and explain what they are doing.

Dr. Zaffos is one of those rare doctors who is not only extremely knowledgeable about his medical specialty, he also communicates with his patients in a way that exhibits his genuine care about their well-being. It is very reassuring to be treated by a physician who makes you feel that diagnosing and treating your condition to improve your health is more important the number of patients that can be seen in a day. I expect that he is not only one of the best in the DFW Metroplex, he is one of the best in the nation.

I've been a patient with Dr. Zaffos for over 6 years. He is very personable and professional. Dr. Zaffos does a great job explaining your treatment plan and ensures your comfort with it. The staff is friendly and courteous. Scheduling is good. His associates are available as well, in case of emergency.

My 1st corneal graph was 33 years ago. At that time I was not aware if a replacement would be possible. Dr Zoffus guided me through the procedure and felt that my chances for success would be good. His professional experience and support team came highly recommended and I was willing to take this opportunity for clear vision.
