Rushed in and out. Never took the time to explain what happens next or what to watch for. All appointments now are for catheter up size, have we seen the Doctor....No. We are having problem after problem and not one doctor in that place has looked at him.

I first met Dr. Vicena when he was with Warren Clinic - I was experiencing continual UTIs and he prescribed medications for it and finally after several visits . . . he passed me off to a Doctor in another office that I saw one time. Never went back because he scared me! Then when my husband ended up with a kidney stone . . . I met with him again for him. I thought . . . well maybe he is better with men's issues. I wont go into detail . . . but it was horrific! I will say . . . there was a lot of pain and blood involved. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DR VICENA TO ANYONE!

I've had a wonderful experience with Dr. Vicena. He takes the time to answer all of your questions and explain things where you can understand what he is saying in non-technical terms. An excellent doctor !

Dr. V. was good; however he referred me to his partner, Dr. Campbell, who examined me and decided he would not perform needed surgery. Dr. Campbell said he would get me an appointment with another physician and he never called me back. Dr. V. had ordered a catheter but I had to go to another physician to have it removed. I feel I was dumped by Warren Clinic urology and I don't trust them.

Dr. Vicena is super nice. My only complaint is that he waits days, the last time more than a week, to re-authorize my prescription. Maybe support staff is to blame but I had to request a change of physicians.

Performed robotic surgery in conjunction with my OB-GYN. Although he primarily consulted with my OB-GYN he made a point to come by & introduce himself prior to surgery. My only office visit was post surgical follow-up for correct bladder function & catheter removal which he requested be performed at his office & I felt agreed as both my OB-GYN & I felt was the most appropriate.
