Dr. Saur is a considerate, competent, conscientious provider. I am fortunate to have him as my GP. Since moving to Northern Michigan I have had trouble with consistent care, but not since signing on with Dr. Saur. I'm confident my medical needs will be met through him and his staff.

Dr. Saur was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were in and out within 30 minutes with a diagnosis and a treatment plan. I would recommend him and Bay Street urgent care to anyone needing non emergent care. Thank you for the great experience !
