No bedside manner. I don't go to doctors unless I absolutely have to. A week and half after my visit, I called to ask if it was okay to fly with no change on how my ear felt since my appointment with him. The receptionist said Dr R would get back to me - he never did. Now my travel date is 2 days away and I am extremely concerned I may lose my hearing.

My angel in a lab coat! Dr. Rosenthal treated me for sinusitis and chronic sinus infections with reoccurring breathing problems. He found an unusual type of fungi growing in my nasal cavity that didn’t respond to most nasal steroids. Dr. Rosenthal treated me with antibiotics for almost a year until we decided that I needed surgery in 2013. Surgery results were amazing— I had drastically improved hearing, breathing and overall health. Since the surgery, I have not had one sinus infection to date! I highly recommend him and would definitely return to his office in the future.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rosenthal’s for several years for sleep apnea. I find that he is informative and takes time to explain my condition and to answer any questions I might have. Also, I have used the c-pap machine successfully, under his guidance and sleep without interruption throughout the night.

Horrible, I had to wait 3 months for an appointment. Then when I get there he took 5 minutes with me made a quick assessment. Said my clogged ears were from my neck. I have veritgo and deviated septum still he says it's from my neck. No tests no help. I walked out still feeling sick with a 99.3 temp. I went to my GP that weekend and he was shocked. I had fluid in my ears still.

I cannot recommend Dr. Rosenthal after having a terrible experience with him and his office. I have Oxford health insurance. Dr. Rosenthal's website states that they take this. When I called his office to book an appointment, they confirmed that my insurance was good. Afer taking half a day off work, going to his office and filling out all the forms, they told me they do not take my insurance. The office manager then blamed me for not checking with my carrier.

Dr. Rosenthal helped me to achieve a great improvement in my sleep pattern. Of particular note was his recommendation to reduce the amount of blue light in the evening hours before retiring. This was achieved by wearing glasses that filter out the undesirable blue light and also UV. The beneficial effects on my sleep took place slowly over a period of several months.

No longer a patient of his. STAY AWAY!!!!! I was referred to him by another Dr. who I normally go to, but had to be looked at right away. He looked in my ears for two seconds and removed some wax. My appointment with him was in the morning, but he didn't call in my prescription to my pharmacy until 6pm. Upon me getting the bill for his visit, he tried to charge me $442 for removal of wax. my second visit I questioned the bill and he shouted me he removed the infection and to never come back

Here is a doctor who took the time to explain my condition and provide all my options. It has been 3 weeks after my surgery on June 12, 2017 and I now declare I am ‘borderline perfection!’ His recovery time calculation were right on the money. Glad I took the time to do my research. That was time well invested; time well spent. Going forward, monitoring my condition is required. Thank God for providing me a doctor with such good and remarkable hands...coupled with a good sprinkle of humor.

Dr. Rosenthal first operated on me for parathyroidism and then a month later on my wife for thyroid cancer. Both surgeries and in my wife's case, her subsequent treatments, were successful. He was warm and caring and took all the time is necessary to fully explain his diagnoses and treatments. We would unhesitatingly recommend him.

Waited 45 minutes - Made me feel like Steerage. Maybe next time you could ask you patient what ails them before you ask to see their insurance card. You not any more important then I am. I would never treat my clients with the disrespect you showed. No apologies from their office, I'd would never go back again.

No longer a patient of this doctor - Like he cares in Huntington, NY – Dec 24, 2016

I can not imagine reading a bad review for Dr. Rosenthal. He is caring and thorough and is attentive to your questions takes the time to answer them. I have highly recommended him to many friends and relatives and they have he same reaction. I wouldn't think of going to any other ENT doctor. He also specializes in Sleep Apnea and as a result of testing and his guidance I am sleeping better than I have in years.

Yes and I never intend to use him again. He looked in my ear for one minute and handed me a card telling me to go to have my ears tested. Got charged for office visit $125 and $210 for removing wax. Well I have no idea how he did that in the minute he looked in my ear.
