I was cared for my Dr. Miller at the Bryan East ER last month. I arrived after about 8 hours of vomiting, severe headach, throbbing eyes and very cloudy vision. I have glaucoma which has been under control for over 20 years, but I was experiencing an acute glaucoma attack where the pressure in my eyes was out of control. While there I was given a COVID test. I tested positive. (Oddly enough, I'd just been tested 4 days previously with a negative result.) Little did I know that COVID can wreck havoc with the eyes of glaucoma suffers. Doctor Miller got the pressure down after about 6 hours through multiple applications of drops and intravenous meds. He took excellent care of me and I'm happy to report that after a month, my vision is almost back to where it was before the attach. Thank you Dr. Miller!
