Dr. Joshua Levinger, MD

Saw the Dr. on initial visit and he seemed focused on just my TMJ and not the rest of the problem with my ear. On my second visit he prescribed prednisone and said he would order an MRI that day which was a Tuesday . I heard nothing from office so I called a week later and talked to Kendall the nurse who takes care of insurance. She said she hadn’t got around to since it wasn’t a trauma to my ear. She got very defensive with me because I explained to her that I was in a lot of pain and that when I was there the week before I was told that they were going to get it ordered right away. She proceeded to tell me hold on let me get the Dr. on he phone. Dr. Levinger got on the line and proceeded to tell me that if I was not happy with the way the office was run I could go find another Dr.. He told me this twice. To say I was shocked would be an understatement and he was not interested in how I was doing. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Dr Levinger is very efficient, knowledgeable and very thorough, easy to talk to and listen to his patients he is compassionate and readily available in an emergency ,I would very much recommend him to everyone
