Follow- up visit
All those I encountered were friendly and professional. Very minimal wait time before the resident came and Dr. Jacobs saw me. He was the surgeon that performed my right knee replacement 16 years ago and responsible for my successful outcome.

Very friendly and helpful pre appointment support by Laurie, minimal wait and a great discussion with a highly trained professional once the appointment started. Dr Jacobs gave me a clear understanding of what’s going on and what my options are. I will not go anywhere else for medical advice on anything ortho-related.

Cannot recommend highly enough - caring, professional, and, of course, knowledgeable. Took time to explain all options and always says, "Your body will tell you when it's time for surgery, and then you'll tell me." Because he takes time to fully explain, I found he was right - my body told me. 12 years out from double knee replacement, and the knees are still perfect. His staff is equally exemplary - once had to call his nurse at home on Christmas Eve and she got me to whom I needed. Fabulous!

I am a 56 year-old martial artist, very active and get everywhere on foot. Dr. Jacobs and his team assuaged my fears about having a THR and gave me hope for the best possible outcome. A year after surgery I am amazed at the result. I had to make some adjustments to my active lifestyle, but less so than I originally thought. Dr. Jacobs takes a conservative approach rooted in the fact that he and his team are highly skilled and supportive.
