Dr. Joshua Hedrick, MD

Very Disappointed with this "Dr.". His method of evaluating patients is severely flawed. He refused to consider that a patient could be negative on diagnostic tests but still have physical symptoms and refused imaging to further evaluate. As an alleged "rheumatologist" he should've evaluated me for multiple Rheumatology conditions but he was very narrow minded and only focused on "his specialty". I presented journal articles highlighting my case and he discounted it. Thankfully, I went to 3 other Rheumatology doctors for evaluations and with imaging and listening to my symptoms I was diagnosed with a Rheumatology condition and now being treated.

Dr Hedrick felt draws conclusions and goes to root cause without further investigation. I was told my condition will not improve and denied an X-ray of the hand to see the extent of the problem. I had to go to another doctor and first thing they did an x-ray without even asking

Dr Hendricks is courteous professional and knowledgeable. He takes time to listen and answer questions.

Dr Hedrick was personable, answered all of my questions thoroughly. He did not seem upset when I repeated things to make sure I understand. He gave a written plan to treat gout outbreaks on my own.

Dr. Hendricks: Advertises himself as a rheumatologist...He will dismiss any evidence presented like bloodwork and diagnosis from other doctors. He judges the health of a patient based by the looks of the person, not willing to investigate. I really don’t know what he is good for.
