Dr. Goodwin and his staff are beyond exceptional. Usually when I go to the doctors office there's long wait times, condescending tones, and pushy procedures. But his office was exact opposite, everyone was very polite and during my examination he was very transparent about my situation. I highly recommend his practice for anyone that is trying to get back to 100%

I can not say enough good things about Dr Goodwin and his staff. He gave me an honest estimate and accurate diagnosis on my knee. Before the procedure i could hardly walk due to the pain in my knee. Now I can run 4 to 5 miles at least once a week and I am 60 years old. The staff and Dr Goodwin are very caring and go out of their way to ensure success in recovery. This review has taken way too long for me to write and post. Every time I lift my shoulder, use it for household chores, or strength train, I am immediately reminded of how great I feel and that I still owe Dr. Goodwin and his team this review! Sometime in 2017, I tore my rotator cuff doing yoga, YES yoga! I dealt with the pain for quite some time, assuming that it would disappear. After many months of waking up in pain and experiencing intense pain throughout my workday, I decided to see a doctor. After an x-ray and an MRI, I was told I had a pretty significant tear, and surgery was required. I attempted physical therapy first then started Cortisone injections. Reluctantly, I scheduled the surgery with a pretty prominent surgeon locally that has repaired hundreds, possibly thousands of torn rotator cuffs. The three times I have seen this Doctor he has explained everything throughly and in a way that a patient can understand his recommendations. He also explains what he can try to help with and what he can’t help with depending on your situation. DR. Goodwin is very kind and is willing to help his patients any way he can . Dr. Goodwin is also a good listener and does not rush his patients. Great Doctor and I would highly recommend Regenexx.

I saw Dr. Goodwin for the initial consultation for my knees last week. He was very helpful, thorough, knowledgeable, and explained the procedure very well. He also answered all of my questions. Dr. Goodwin has been a very good doctor for me. After stem cell treatments were completed I've had problems with fluid on my knees. He drains the fluid whenever needed and it helps me w my Physicsal therapy. He's going to continue this for as long as needed. Both he and his staff are very efficient and friendly. Very, skillful, Competent, professional & excellent patient care & interaction.

When I got to Vegas I did a research and found Regenexx that utilizes patients own stem cells or blood platelets (PRP) and in turn inject them back to the damaged areas. Dr. Josh Goodwin did my procedure. He explained the process thoroughly and gave me ample time to make up my mind. He made me have an MRI of the injured sites, analyzed them and found out that only two sites warrant the PRP procedure (labral tear on right hip and shoulder). The procedure was done using precise image guided technique and was done the same day. There was no pain and downtime. Dr. Goodwin saw me 3 more times until he’s convinced that the procedure worked and my pain was gone. Dr. Goodwin staff were also very nice. They are very efficient and attention oriented. I always have a reminder call each time I have an appt. Their clinic is very clean. I can attest that the stem cell procedure provided by Regenexx works. It is safe and cheaper than the other stem cell provider

Dr Goodwin, was extremely patient and thorough with my initial examination. He is very transparent and will educate you if prp/stem cell treatment will help your injury.

So far all of my appointments with Dr. Goodwin have been great. He takes the time to explain your MRI and the possible options available (if treatable). I got a PRP and a spinal stem cell treatment for my lower back. The doctor and the staff made my experience very pleasant and comfortable. It wasn’t cheap but it’s been a month or so and it feels more stable. I would highly recommend this place.

I was treated by Dr Goodwin almost 1 year ago and about 5 years after surgery on my lower back with a discectomy on lower five vertebrae with bone spur removal front to back.Within a few years of mostly pain free mobility I began experiencing fairly severe pain again with back spasems making getting out of bed and walking upright for the next hours difficult. Dr Goodwin performed the PRP treatment on my lower back with a series of 20 + injections and to this day I am greatful for Regenex .
